CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We are happy to provide a full refund for all orders purchased if you have a change of mind, provided the return is made within 30 days of purchase.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Include your tax invoice.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.
  • The swing tag is still attached to the item.
  • The item is in its original condition as when it was purchased, with no alterations or damage.

Items must be unworn with the swing tag still attached. No damage will be accepted for a refund unless it is a manufacturing fault, which will be determined solely by Modus Operandi Sydney.

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY

In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, please email us at info@modusoperandisydney.com.au so we can notify our product team.

Faulty items need to be sent back and will be assessed by our M.O. product team.

Please allow time for this assessment.

One of our representatives will be in touch with you to discuss the solution and the appropriate timeframes.

Please ensure the following:

  • Include your original receipt or proof of transaction.
  • Return the product to us for investigation via post.
  • Keep your postage receipt so we can refund this for you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are offered if the product is the wrong size or if it does not meet customer expectations, such as colour or fit.

If a product received does not fit or meet your expectations, we can arrange an exchange to ensure the perfect fit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items such as underwear, socks, etc., which can be considered unhygienic to resell, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Altered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in the same original condition in which they were purchased.

BUY NOW, PAY LATER REFUNDS

If you have purchased any of our items through a buy now, pay later service, please follow our regular online return policy.

Refunds will automatically be processed through the relevant account you used for the purchase (e.g., Afterpay).
