BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please check your product, size, colour, quantity and delivery details carefully before placing your order.
If you're unsure about sizing or fit, contact us before purchasing and we'll endeavour to assist.
Sizing and fit recommendations are provided as guidance based on the information available to us. Individual fit can vary depending on body shape, proportions, garment cut, fabric and personal preference.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?
Our orders may enter fulfilment shortly after they're received.
If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll endeavour to help.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order has already been dispatched, our normal Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.
NEED IT BY A PARTICULAR DATE?
If you're purchasing for a wedding, event or another important date, please contact us before placing your order.
We can endeavour to check stock and fulfilment options before you purchase.
Express Shipping does not guarantee immediate dispatch or delivery by a specific date.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Shipping and any other applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Occasionally genuine pricing, stock or website errors can occur. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you to discuss the available options.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible change-of-mind returns and exchanges are available subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges — including Express Shipping — are non-refundable.
For your first eligible exchange, you pay to return the original item and we'll cover Standard Shipping for the replacement.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our voluntary return and exchange conditions.
ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Garments that have been altered, personalised or customised, or products specifically ordered or manufactured to individual requirements, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
We'll let you know where additional conditions apply before proceeding with a specialised product or service.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights in relation to genuine faults or problems are not affected.
WEDDINGS, FITTINGS & SPECIAL SERVICES
Wedding packages, fittings, Fit Assurance, group orders and other specialised M.O. Sydney services may have additional terms, deposits, fees or conditions.
Where additional terms apply, we'll provide them as part of the relevant service, booking or purchase.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
M.O. Sydney reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to refuse or discontinue service, decline or cancel an order, refuse an appointment or restrict access to our services.
This may apply in circumstances involving fraud, abusive or threatening behaviour, payment or security concerns, promotion or returns abuse, unauthorised resale, false information, product unavailability, operational issues, breaches of our terms or other reasonable legal, financial, safety or business risks.
If we've received payment for an order that we cancel and you're entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded.
We will never use this right in a way that is unlawful.
THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
M.O. Sydney works with suppliers, fulfilment providers, Australia Post, Shopify and other service providers.
Occasionally delays or interruptions may occur that are outside our reasonable control.
We'll endeavour to assist where something goes wrong, but we can't guarantee against circumstances such as courier delays, supply disruptions, severe weather or independent technology outages.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in our policies excludes or restricts rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
