Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and you’re probably wondering what flowers to bring, which restaurant to make reservations at, and/or what clothes to pick as your first date.
No pressure, but how you’re dressed is one of the FIRST things your date will notice. So pay attention to this fail-proof guide which will help you to look sharp and ready for your first date:
The first rule is to always wear something “fresh” - don’t wear the same pants as you’ve worn all week. Also remember to wear something that fits you well. I can’t stress this enough: the label or the trend doesn’t matter as much as the state of the clothes you’re in - you will look more put together and feel more confident in clothes that fit you well. Remember, the clothes represents who you are, and you want to make sure to make a good impression on your first date.
Don’t forget this simple (but crucial) rule; always show up five minutes early and assume they'll be five minutes late.
THE SUNDAY BRUNCH, LUNCH OR DINNER:
No matter if you’re heading for a casual lunch, a low-key dinner or a brunch; this looks work for all. Pair chinos with a tucked-in button down, or polo / shirt, and your outfit is ready.

Though this may seem as a tricky one, as you might not want to wear the same style to work as you would for a date, don’t worry - it’s actually not that tricky at all.
